So heres the scoop... I need someone that believes in me, and I mean REALLY believes in me, that has an extra $100,000 or so to spare. I fell hard for a house today that needs a bunch of work done to it. The house will be perfect when it is done, but for now its a really desperate fixer-upper. It needs me to take away the 1930s wallpaper, half-inch thick paint (probably lead based) on the original woodwork, and ugly medicine cabinet. I would turn the back yard into a postage stamp shade garden. The front and back porches would be so welcoming you would never want to leave! It could be turned into a Bed and Breakfast during Apple and Pork and the power plant outages. The detached garage can be used for parties and as a pool room, craft room, or, instead of a man cave, a womans wetreat! (yes, play on words there) So whos with me on this chance of a lifetime adventure? Dont crowd!
