So heres the white chocolate and toasted coconut. Tastes fantastic but presentation urgh. Issues were the chocolate. The Belgium chocolate I usually get doesnt supply white chocolate so I used baking chocolate and for millionaire shortbread its no good. Also the shortbread I could had cooked longer. Same with the salted pretzel and peanut. The peanut butter doesnt hold and the pretzels crumbled make it hard to cut. Next time Ill use individual pretzels and peanuts and not peanut butter. Lets see. What do you guys think?
