So heres why I love Lift and use it for my Learn to Meditate program. 1) Easy to use. I just open the app, and the exact next step is there for me. 2) No distractions. No ads. Just clean, easy, user experience. 3) Personalized. I get to add other habits and programs, too. Whatever I want. You want to Drink More Water or follow the 4-Hour Body plan? Great! Load up your profile with the things that YOU care about. My program complements them all, and you get to feel in charge of your life -- I want you to succeed at all the things you care about. 4) Scalable. As a teacher, Lift makes it so easy to share my meditation practice with others. Last year I talked with the employee wellness manager at a Fortune 500 company. She said, Its great that you teach class on-site for us, but I have 30,000 employees world-wide -- some of whom are home-based -- and I need to think about how to take care of all of them. Now I have a way. 5) No email. I mean, you can set up email reminders if you want. But I love inviting my students into meditation *without* using an email-based program.
