So i complained to Pret A Manger this morning after a burnt hot wrap earlier this week, and also a strong latte instead of a normal one and told the manager that the standard that i expect has been shocking for a place that is meant to meet high standard, good quality food. So he appologised and assured me he would speak to the chef. Got a free late this time the one i was supposed to get! and have been invited back later on for free lunch on the house as a reward not bad i suppose. :)
