So...i take my telly back to the store and they tell me there goin to send it away to b repaired and it will b back in 2 or 3 weeks,fine i say,do i get a replacement meentime?no says she,its not company policy,oh dear i reply,what am i to do its world cup final this weekend and my husband will kick off if he doesnt have a tv,could i please speak to a manager... very handsome young man arrives and i relay my tale of woe.........im on my way home with a brand new telly in the boot o the car..jobs a good un!!!!!!!!!
