So, if there is one thing to be learned from tonight, it is this: If you are wanting to set up an enterprise in which you are exchanging your ability to create for $$$, for one, you need to setup a corporate entity to manage yourself so that you dont get in trouble with the federal government for not paying taxes and fees on the things you are selling, and for two, do not do anything without a legal binding contract. Yes it sucks to have to actually form a business out of something you love to do and therefore must treat as a job just like me going out and flipping hot dogs 5 days a week, but Im sure itll be more rewarding.
