So, im on the bottom floor of my apartment complex. everytime it rains, the woodchips from the bushses get flooded into my balcony. my neighbor likes to complain and whine about it EVERYTIME. this time, she decided to call the office. the office decided to call me to tell me that they will fine me if i dont clean it up. I told them what exactly happens, and why I wont be cleaning it up. They told me that I have to because other tenants are complaining. I told her its only one tenant thats complaining, and she complains about everything. She agreed. I then told her that they redid everyones balcony to prevent this from happening but didnt do it to ours, and stated that it isnt fair. I then told them you guys either need to clean it yourselves, or fix my balcony so it wont happen anymore. They agreed to clean up themselves. For the trouble, ive decided to play Skrillex on FULL BLAST. and pound on our wall that we share to the beat. hope she gets the point. i feel like im in that movie with zac efron and seth rogan
