So im starting a brand new diet plan which will consists of mainly organic food such as veggies so you could say im going to vegetarian sort of while I am on my diet because I want to get to where I was 2 years ago before I ran into my suicide attempt... Two years ago i was in the best shape of my life where I was only 11% body fat and now i have no idea how much i am but Ive gained over 40lbs due to poppin pills and overdosing and Im tired of looking at myself and bein ashamed of what ive done. Even though ive turned a lot of that weight into muscle Im going to try and cut down to where I was 2 years ago, my goal is to lose atleast 8 - 9 lbs in this next month and I know i can achieve this goal with the help of my amazing brothers helping me out and motivating me to stay on the right track. Day 1 - Had a pretty hyper active arm work out with 30 handstand push ups on wall. 30 with my sister on me. 30 burpies push ups. 75 regular n 25 decline n then after dinner i did a total of 50 more regular push ups, then 25 more decline push ups. Did 50 sit ups. Tomorrow is leg day
