If you frequently feel guilty or shame over past events you are holding onto, people you feel or think you hurt, their actions hurt you, wronged you or them, caused an action where you or they missed out, you were violated, traumatized or any multitude of reasons to feel bad. These feelings will keep you in low self esteem and low energy.
