So it finally happened. Today I had my first Puker. I was last tandem out of the plane. We had a long spot back to the landing area, so i opened up high. After the canopy opened, I asked how my student was doing. she said she felt a little queazy, No Bueno! so i begin the whole breathing routine In through you nose and out through your mouth. Look how pretty the those clouds out on the horizon are....In though your nose and out through your mouth......etc and cuz she wasnt feel top notch, i couldnt spiral dow. So not only was she sick, but i had to open much higher then normal which made for a very long canopy ride. Anyways, In through your nose and out through you mouth. So she was able to keep her shit together til around 200ft after I was on final and just as I say Feet Up for landing....she mutters something. I quickly ask what she said and she turned her head to the left and puked all over my wrist and altimeter. No big deal right? Ok ,so cuz we are on final approach for landing.....i had to keep my arms up to keep the canopy in full flight and i cant release the toggles to clear the Grossness off me, i feel the liquid horror beginning to drip down my arm, into my arm pit and down my ribs. *it was awesome. So what happens next? well Cuz im so ninja with the canopy accuracy and all, I set us up (for failure) to land directly in front and only a few feet away from a full bleacher of spectators. so we land and disconnect her from me jus in time for her to projectile vomit all over the place! Muy Bien! how was ur sunday morning?
