So it is official now. After a year of consent appointments, blood tests, food dairies, and a whole list of other medical tests, Doctors and nutritionists have determined that I need to avoid all gluten. We are still waiting on a few more tests to come back that may or may not indicate other health issues due to the attack on my body. Hopefully it just stops there. This has been a 4 year struggle. As much as it sucks to have this problem I am happy that there is finally a light at the end of the tunnel. I dont feel nearly alone or frustrated, trapped or hopeless in my battle now that we finally have some freaking answers. I feel like Im not crazy anymore!
