So, it seems that Golan Telecom has gone as draconian as those who theyve cut down to size. Ive been on their NIS59 plan for the past 11+ months. On Christmas day, if I dont pay a penalty to change plans, I go automatically onto their new NIS99 plan, with features I dont need. I asked them to keep me on their NIS59 plan. However, it no longer includes the two virtual numbers from abroad, costs the same NIS59, and in order to stay on it, I must pay a one-time fine of NIS49. Ive talked to them over and over; thus-far, this is as good as it gets. Ive just posted on their FB page; no idea what will come of it. So, it looks like Ill be moving to 012, paying NIS49 and no SIM charge, for identical package. That has a limit of one year; well see what happens them, I guess.
