So its Blue Monday, the most depressing day of the year apparently. Wouldnt it be great if we could help make it a little less blue, by simply listening to someone who seems sad, and letting them know you are there? We know that showing emotion is not always easy, but if you know someone who is having a tough time, there are hints and tips here that could help you do something quite small, that could make a very big difference to them #justlisten
