So its been a little quiet on the coast with SbA comps/clinics, and for good reason. There is no longer a Central Coast HUB for Skateboarding Australia. It looks like we will remain an underground pack of random skateboarders, bumping into each other whilst rolling around the coasts crumbling, prefabricated, out-of-date skate parks. Having said this, the central coast has some ripping skaters and a modest skate industry with the likes of Scram Skateboards, https://facebook/grimways, among others, that keep it real. I say that since after all my effort to see the Central Coast thrive in skateboarding parks and events results in pretty much the same situation it has always been in. So be it. Keep shredding, use this page to promote your local skate shops, ideas etc. (It has over 1000 likes so will reach all those interested) I also propose that we all grab a bag of cement each one day soon and build our own park somewhere! What do you think? Bringing it back to the streets... -T
