So, its been a long emotional struggle for me but I have made a decision. I am going back to full time 11-7 at Regional . Back to my old floor, my old friends, my old hours. There would be no struggle if it werent for the love and respect I have for my friends at SNF. My heart is there. I feel guilt at leaving my staff, my friends, my patients, my docs. My family has stood by me and supported me despite being away from home so many hours. I have sacrificed much for the love of my unit. There comes a time to step back and look at the big picture and decide . Like I said, 1-2-3 Jump!
