So its been a week and today I did something terribly hard to do (well for me anyway) I De-Patricked my phone. It felt so sad because then it felt too real , my real baby step to getting over Patrick Clement and I sat with Liz and starting crying, hard (something else to do with him also effected the crying as well) because to me the analogy I can use to describe what that felt like is like you know when youre 3-5 years old and your mom or dad give you a helium balloon, you think its just beautiful and just the best and its your absolute favourite colour to boot and youre in the mall and everythings great but you step outside and ah shit you let go of the balloon because of an unexpected huge gust of wind the was not forecasted and youre so sad and all you can do is watch it drift off higher and higher in the sky, getting smaller and smaller...then gone.... Thats what the first steps of letting him go felt like for me.
