So... its the 1st of December!! Did someone press the fast forward button!? Have you planned your workouts for December? Christine is aiming to do 21 workouts, Laurie is aiming for 12, Zoe is aiming for 16 and Amy is aiming for 14. See your coaches and they will show you our Strength Training Journal and you can plan for the month ahead. Remember we are also dedicating the first 4 days of December to weigh and measure our members. Your coaches will help you set targets for the next 4 weeks to get us ready for the New Year. We know Christmas can be a difficult time eating wise, so your targets will be realistic to you. We will all more than likely have xmas nights out, but is there any real reason why you cant be good during the rest of the time? The answer- no. Plan ahead and be positive. xxx
