So just to let you wonderful people know how things are fairing my side... Took a few Flex Friday pics :) Happy with my tone at the moment and happy with staying in this shape during my off season Im sure you are all aware that it is not probable to stay in your show day state as you are very depleted on the day and have dropped allot of water. Its so easy to get caught up in all the pictures on Facebook of the athletes and wish to look that way but to be realistic not many of them look that way off season. Aspire to be a better you every single day... I have been through all the hoops, dips and roller coaster rides involved in dieting and training. I have tried out training a bad diet.. I have tried starving myself to loose weight, I at a stage believed in every pill and gimmick on the market... till eventually I found out the real secret to weight loss, building muscle and maintaining a relatively ok body... the secret is that there is no secret... there is no quick fix or secret formula / pill... 1) Eat a healthy diet and stick to one plan (stop jumping every two weeks when you dont see quick results) 2) Train Hard and Train smart - You dont need to do hours of cardio a day 3) Believe in yourself and your plan 4) Learn to balance your play time and your healthy life style - We are not machines and we need to take some time off once in a while 5) It takes TIME! You did not get into the shape you are in over two weeks and you will not fix it in two weeks ... be patient. 6) And last but by no means least - Love yourself Happy Friday everyone!
