So just to update everyone on how my Healthy Body Challenge is going. Its going really well and I am now simply in a routine eating my eggs with lots of butter and cheese for lunch and salmon with cheese and tomato / roast chicken for dinner. Eating Peanut Butter if I get peckish in between. I figure that now because Im in the flow of everything, Id just be repeating myself day after day. Im still continuing to loss a good amount of weight every week and Ill upload that progress as I go. :) I just wanted thank everyone whove been really supportive thus far and I also just wanted to shout out to the people whove been inspired by my diet and have made it their own and started taking the Healthy Body Challenge with me! :D You lovely people know who you are and Im really excited to watch and read about your progress! Never give up jumping back on the wagon when you all off! Youre all LEGENDS!
