Hi....well my baby brother, Graeme and I went to visit mam today.... She is desperate to get her plaster casts and metal hinge off....we told her...if they wont do it on Monday (Im going with her lol)....we will tell them just to remove the leg and she can learn to HOP......luckily she has the same sense of humour we have....and had a giggle... 3 months she has been away from her home and because of the place she is NOW residing in the food isnt so good....even the staff admit this....because most of the people I see ...passing their rooms....are constantly sleeping....or...in the DAY room....some are slumped over in wheelchairs in front of a t.v. Mam has no-one to talk to (even though it is often difficult to understand her...SHE KNOWS what she is saying and is so frustrated).. Hopefully we get her home here soon...
