So last night I had a terrifying experience. I was sitting here, home alone, on FB and looking at job descriptions for when I get my degree. Out of nowhere I started feeling dizzy. That triggered a panic attack. I immediately called Jake, who was at my moms working on his truck. He got home and I LITERALLY couldnt stand or sit up. I was lying on the kitchen floor. We debated going to the ER but first I had him call the on-call Dr. They said it was probably vertigo!!! Anybody else experienced this? Im now afraid to drive because of how quickly it came on and how severe it was. HELP!!!
