So last night my wife and I are trying to find a new movie on iTines we havent seen before. We had seen previews for ALL IS LOST staring Robert Redford before but never pulled the trigger. Never that is until last night anyways. Prolly because I thought it would be just a different spin on Castaway, staring Tom Hanks and his ever present companion Wilson. Well this movie was quite a bit different than Castaway, and not in a good way. Infact there is no Wilson, there is maybe half a page if dialog, literally. We were left wondering what the heck was Redford thinking? Basically to plot of the movie is a guy alone on a sail boat that runs into a large container of tennis shoes in the middle of the Indian Ocean and it only gets worse from there. Not exactly Redfords best work. Now if youve read this post than you read three times the amount of dialogue than is in the entire two hours. I found myself rooting for the storms to come and put an end to this waiste if $3.99 within the first 15 minutes. If you see the trailer youve seen the movie.
