So last year around this time I was planning for a very important Trip. I would have to say this was definitely one of my greatest experiences and a check off of my must do list. Last December I got the chance to complete a Dance Research Program in Havana, Cuba. The video posted below is just a mere glimpse of what I experienced and hopefully will be inspiring to you. A virtual experience is a start but never as good as the actual experience. I highly recommend this program. The program is operated under two legal licenses, Dance & Music research or People to People Exchange; this opens up the trip to both professionals & non-professionals. These trips are organized throughout the year via the service provider Marazul and are facilitated by Metamovements. The next trip will run from December 27th - January 3rd.
