So let me get this straight- You get a $120,000.00 full athletic scholarship that can potentially earn you $50,000.00 (a modest expectation) for 50 years totalling about 2.5 million dollars, no debt leaving school, travel, food, no bills and just about every perk known to man while in school and thats still not enough for you? Just how important do we think playing college sports is in society today? The athletes sounds just as greedy as the Universitys theyre railing against. If you want the instant gratification of being paid for something (to be quite honest is not very important at all in the grand scheme of things) go be a professional at 18 and see who gives you anything for your GIFT. Oh thats right, they dont want you. Ask Maurice Clarett how that worked out and guess what hes back at OSU seeking his degree. Just what the world needs, more Narcissism from athletes. Dont bite the hand that feeds you. Youre sitting on a gold mine already you little brats!
