So... making the carrot cake from scratch inspired me. So for some crazy ass reason I decided to buy 3 huge pumpkins and take the seeds out and roast the halves to make pumpkin puree... but then I have pounds of pureed pumpkin and seeds... so I made: pumpkin muffins, pumpkin pie cupcakes with maple cream cheese frosting (also home made), pumpkin snicker doodle cookies, 2 caramel apple pumpkin pies, and then the seeds? Candied pumpkin seeds and garlic pumpkin seeds! And I still have 8 Mason jars of fresh pureed pumpkin to save and freeze! What was I thinking? If I try to stop by your house tomorrow and youre on a diet? Dont answer !
