So many people stretch without prescription or run on treadmills to get ready for a strength training session. 1. Most of us are stretching things we dont need to. 2. Stretching muscles that are already long before lifting makes your more susceptible to injury. 3. When you are going to lift you need to spend your warm up switching the muscles on that you are going to use. Here I am doing some X Band walks getting my hips, glutes and all the muscles in the back switched on.
