So much can change in life, so fast... 4 years ago, I was struggling to afford petrol to fuel my little motorbike, and was left stranded in my house for 2 weeks and depressed when I couldnt afford the £200 to fix the engine when it was broke... Having just left college I remember trying all sorts for work, McDonalds, Tesco, Pubs, before eventually finding something to keep me occupied for a short while, before my little man Liam arrived on the scene! On Wednesday, I will be travelling to the House of Lords again, this time to pick up the signed contract worth millions for a deal I have been working on since April. Dining in the peers VIP private dining room, with some of the countrys most affluent business people, the day after, I will be meeting the directors of the FA, (as a separate meeting) in the Chairmans suite at Wembley Stadium.. I have had all sorts of things in the last four years, from the material (suits, luxury cars, holidays) to the money cant buy happiness, (taking my amazing son on his first holiday and teaching him to swim). Importantly also, I have met some truly amazing and inspirational people along the way. I am involved now with several businesses, and it seems, still on track with my plan to one day (everyone who knows me will know I am sooooo desparate to do this)... hopefully.... crack the Forbes Top 40 under 40 list... Whoever says you cant get what you want in life, is lying. I assure you. So much can happen so fast, if your attitude is right. So go out there people! And catch your dreams! Whatever they may be!!! I really do hope that someone reading this has the courage to take the leap of faith and follow their dreams... #MotivatingMondays
