So...my Zipcar broke down at gas station somewhere in a kinda - TopicsExpress

So...my Zipcar broke down at gas station somewhere in a kinda ratchet area in Atlanta...and on top of it my phone died. So I was trying to call Zipcar and couldnt and then all of a sudden like 20 dudes came out of nowhere with loud ass music...and I mean loud. It was like a party at the gas station. And I hate looking lost and standing out. Cause they was talking real Atlanta talk and if any of them spoke to me they would know Im not from here and I hate that. So Im trying to figure out what the phuck to do because the men in the gas station told me they knew nothing about cars and refused to look at it and I could not call Zipcar. So then this super dirty, cruddy, drug addict looking man came over asking me if I was having trouble and then he told me I could use his phone and he put his super cruddy hand in the car and I was disgusted at the thought of touching anything he had touched. But I needed anything at that moment. His phone had a blank screen so you could not see the numbers you were pressing. But after a few tries we somehow got through to Zipcar and they put me through a series of shit before they put me on hold forever to wait for Zipcar® specialist. I was just sitting at the gas pump and I was in peoples way so the drunken, dirty guy helped me push my car out of the way and he let me stay on his phone for like 40 minutes. The ear pieces was wet and I did not want to hold it to my ear but he had no speaker phone. Thankfully my phone which was at 0% turned on long enough for me to text my friend to come get me. And when he did I left that Zipcar right there and gave the man some dollars. That shit made me miss a pole class that I REALLY wanted to go to...bad! And I was never able to get my raw milk so I am a little annoyed but I realize it could have been worse. I am inside and safe now. I feel dirty but at least I can hop in the shower and I am thankful for that cruddy man. If it werent for him I dont know how I would have gotten through that. And yeah there was a whole lot of ratchetness at that gas station. And before the car broke down I had a whole dramatic ordeal with the car almost running out of gas and not being able to open the gas tank. It was just a whole lot of I dont know what. Hopefully tomorrow will run more smoothly. :-) #ThankfulIHaveFriendsinAtlanta
