So my birthday is technically on Thanksgiving, but next week is a really busy week for a lot of people, and some of my coworkers were going to be gone so they totally surprised me, and did a whole spread for me. The cutest and most delicious cake from Nothing Bundt Cake, and a spread from El Pollo Loco as well as a Costco membership. I dont know if I was more excited about the cake or the Costco membership. The decor on my head was actually the cake topper, which youll see in one of the pics, and the girls at the office thought it would be cute to pin it in my hair. I wore it the rest of the day. The patients got a kick out of it. Thank you Chris Maughan Kelly and Dr. Kelly, Matt Kelly, and the rest of the office. I love my work family!!! :-)
