So, my dad shared a story he had heard with me and I thought it was so good... What is the moral? There once was a small baby bird who wanted to fly oh so badly, knew he could not, but decided to try anyways.. He flapped and flapped, yet still fell to the ground. Unable to get back to the nest, and getting very cold in the snow down below tried to peep to draw the attention of his mother. The mother bird could not hear the peeps as she was off hunting worms, but the cries did catch the attention of a cow.. Seeing how cold the little bird was, the cow plopped a patty right on top of the little bird. It was discusting and heavy, but the little bird was not going to freeze. So again the little bird started to peep to get the attention of his mother.. Again she was hunting and could not hear... But the noise did catch the attention of a passing coyote. The coyote saw the little bird under the big heavy pile of cow dung and plucked him out, brushed him off, and promptly ate the little bird. So whats the motto? Not everyone who dumps crap on you is trying to harm you, and not everyone who picks you up out of it, is tring to help...
