So my day started with 60 Ab Crunches, 20 Leg Extensions and 2 x 60 Planks, followed by a stretch routine designed by Core Value Fitness Training Expert Leonie Lawson (that we do at Bootcamp Saturday mornings) and then worked nearly 5 hours picking and sorting/packing/storing Quandongs (which is such a cool workout in itself). Feel Absoultely alive and could go for more, think my fitness levels are on the rise. :)
