So, my gaming laptop I have got dropped off of a counter onto the hardwood floor. Its a sager notebook, Im going to take it in again to get it looked at as the guy I took it into today basically did nothing. He told me that there was nothing you could do, youd need to replace the motherboard and the cpu and the fan, yet he didnt run one diagnostics test, only checked to see if the ram was in place and didnt even fully take it apart. He basically just tried to take advantage of me because Im a girl and thought I was an idiot. Heres the deal, it turns on, I hear the fan start running very fast, and when it goes into windows, it works perfectly. However then it starts beeping, its consistent, and continues for about 30 seconds and then the computer turns off. Now I noticed that it has a notification that the graphics card can not be detected, he didnt even check to see if that got unseated or not, thats what really pissed me off. It seems like to me he just didnt want to put in the work because it was a couple hours until close and this would have probably taken longer than that. So anyhow, any tech savvy people here who would know what is going on? Or do I seriously need to replace that, I understand its all one piece so if something breaks off you need to replace all of it, but this is a gaming notebook, so it has a separate video card as well. Theres no way its overheating, as I have a cooling fan under it and it still does the same thing. So? Any ideas?
