So my next door neighbor, whom happens to be my State Rep., does it again. Rakes all his leaves into piles along our property & at the end of a private road. (At 10 pm mind you.) This then blows down to Gail Mcgoverns home & all through ours. Last year they sat out until the plows came & shoved them everywhere. Is it a coincidence that winds are picking up tonight out of the north with possible snow? Think I should let him know how to make compost & where to put it.
