So...my whole team just got a passive aggressive email (but to me specifically) telling us we do not need to call out what we feel are certain marketing plans that are too wordy/too technical for a customer (not clients) to understand so long as the grammar and spelling are fine. As I was proofing someone elses marketing plan, I noticed a few things that could be changed in order to make it more effective, not calling out anyone. Im sorry, but if you cant take constructive criticism then quit your job. Marketing 101 - if its too hard for a customer to understand or too long (Mericans have short attention spans mind you), they probably wont be interested!
