So... my wife bought this product from a bead designer or something some time back. She reviewed the item and gave it a 4 on a scale of 5. As a person whos been a reviewer for years (she ran a large on-line book review site and has also been reviewing teas for quite some time) she reserves a 5 for the absolute best shes ever encountered. So this designer contacts her and starts throwing a fit because she didnt get a 5 rating. Actually told my wife that she didnt want her buying any of her products again because of a poor rating. If an author acted like that over a review, wed look like a complete pinhead. Many of my things are museum quality. Meaning what? Narcissistic much?
