The upstairs guest bath had a leak, well 2 actually. Had to tear out the floor, toilet and cabinet. Replacing the floor and one wall. The only good news is, Im getting the sink I wanted and putting in a prettier floor. Love my honey John Kent he is so amazing. What is bad is this problem stems from someone not knowing how to install a toilet properly. GRRRRR... A quarter million dollar home you would think they would want to do it right the first time. I HATE STUPID PEOPLE!!! But Melinda Kent you are getting a much prettier bathroom to live in. Always a bright side
