So normally I dont share my workouts or my eating with all of FB, only my groups. However, I wanted everyone to know about this, in case there is someone out there looking for something to look and feel better. So, I got Focus T25 a couple months ago. I was doing the workout, but really didnt change much about the way I ate. Then, I started feeling horrible pain in my upper abdomen and nausea feeling all the time. So, I had to stop my workout (right when I started to look good) and go through tons of testing. They never did figure out what was wrong and was ready to go back in to do another procedure opening my ducts. Which last time caused me severe pain, pancreaitis and being in the hospital for five days. So, I said let me do something myself first. So, I decided to read the book, Eat to Live and with my wonderful dad, we went on the six week challenge. I cant lie and tell you I follow it 100% like I should, but I am eating 100% better than I did!! Trying all new types of veggies and fruits, and even tried tofu and veggie burgers for the first time this week. It wasnt bad at all. Then, I am back in week two of T25 and I am feeling great!! I am sleeping well at night and have all this crazy energy and the best thing is the workouts are only 25 minutes, so I can do them at lunch (which I wouldnt recommend if you work with people, because you get yucky sweaty). But, the best thing, I feel great!! No pain at all and no nausea!! I could go on all night, but I wont. Just wanted to share my success in case someone else has some of the same issues and needed some relief.
