So on Friday I said Id donate $100 to the charity with the most like on my status. That charity was Starship Foundation suggested by Connal Lander, so that has been done and dusted. I also chose to donate a further $100 to the Mental Health Foundation for a variety of reasons as well as mutiple suggestions. The point of this wasnt (entirely) so I could feel good about myself as well as helping others, but also to point out that there are a lot of worthy causes we all care about. Monetary donations are just one way of helping, you can help many charities by donating your time. If we all donated a few dollars or an hour of our time we could change the world in a matter of moments.
