So, one would never think that a break to the ankle would have a chain of other issues. I have been having issues with my knee because of 9 weeks on a knee scooter, not walking right with the boot took a toll, and now am having issues with the back. I went to the ortho Dr today, I am starting a 5 week series of shots in the knee, the cortisone didnt help, so they suggested this series, its not cortisone but works the same way. After the shot today, I feel like I have a big water balloon on my knee, which they said could happen. I dont like the drive I have to go to the Dr., I live in San Marcos & have to go to Chula Juana (Chula Vista) which in morning traffic takes almost 1 - 1 1/2 hrs, but if this stuff works, then Im okay with that. I sometimes feel like saying just shoot me!! Dont like living with this nagging pain. I want to feel normal again!! Ok, I vented, now I feel better. Back to work tomorrow (it was nice having the day off) but thank goodness that tomorrow is FRIDAY!!
