So our Furnace guy showed up to finish the last of his work on the new furnace. Well there is a huge difference between a 1 stage furnace and a 2 stage furnace. We almost had to pick our stuff up off the ceiling when it fired up! So we relocated the thermostat to a better location and we are up and running with both stages. Its taken the house about 15minutes to go from 60 to 66 degrees. We also have realized that what we thought was 62 and 66 degrees all along has actually been 56 degree and 60, so no wonder why we were always freezing. So we have been staying at those temps for about $3,600.00 each winter. Nothing like paying out your ass and freezing too boot :o)
