So proud of my hubby!! He just finished his contract in Sicamous and this is what the homeowner handed him... June 12, 2013 To Whom it May Concern; In June of 2013, I had the good fortune of finding Shawn Hayden of Hayden Contracting to give me a quote on doing the Soffit, Facia, and Hardie Board Siding and Trim Work, on a new house we had built in Sicamous, B.C. Shawn came out to the site to have a look at the place and was very prompt in getting a quote back to us within a couple of days. His quote was in line with other quotes we had received, but I appreciated him going over in detail with me, exactly what they would be doing, and how they did things, the right way. I hired him for the job, and he and his partner Neil showed up exactly when they said they would and began the job. I was impressed with them from the first day on the job site, and that feeling remained for the entire 14 days it took them to complete the job. Our house is a 3200 sq. ft. home with triple garage and a lot of gables on the roof, along with a lot of windows. There was a lot of trim work to be done on the house and a huge amount of cutting required of the Hardie Board because of all the windows. Their workmanship was beautiful in every detail, and they obviously are very particular in the work they do. It is obvious they are proud of the work they do and the end result was a testimonial to that. We are so happy with the job they did for us, and we’ve had so many comments on how great the house looks. Shawn and Neil were great to work with, were totally professional in every way, and were fun to be around. They obviously enjoy doing what they do.
