So saddened to hear the news about Truett Cathy, founder of Chick-fil-A. What an amazing legacy he has left for so many. I was fortunate to have an opportunity to visit the corporate office in January as part of our WinShape Camp training and was overwhelmed as one of his granddaughters took us on a personal tour and we were able to visit his office. This company motto welcomes visitors on a monument by the front door: To glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us. To have a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A. I have personally seen the positive influence the company has made on 310 children, 70 volunteers and many, many families right here in our community through WinShape Camp, but the company does so much more with all its foundations and charitable work. demoss/newsrooms/truettcathy/news/truett-cathy-chick-fil-a-founder-and-chairman-emeritus-dies.
