Im not the best there is at this at all, but maybe I can give you the foundation to grow on. I taught myself just by reading blogs! Until then, heres a little basic information: - There are TONS of blogs that do ALL the work for you. They post match-ups for the weekly sales and tell you which coupons to use and where to find them. My favourite is iheartpublix. - A good percentage of coupons are printed from the internet, but the other source is the Sunday newspaper. To take the most advantage, get two every week. I got a special deal on Groupon for delivery, but before that I just went to the gas station every Sunday and got two Orlando Sentinels or Tampa Tribunes. If you get from the store, CHECK FOR THE INSERTS! A lot of times you might find that they have been stolen. - Publix has two flyers per sales week (that starts on Thursdays) with their store coupons inside. They are usually in the Sunday paper, but you can also stop by the store and get them as well: two of each. When shopping a Publix bogo, you can use a total of FOUR COUPONS PER BOGO DEAL - One manufacturers and one store coupon PER ITEM. (unless its $1 off of 2 or something, and then obviously you can only use one coupon per two items) There. Now you have some basic knowledge. Im happy to help and answer questions :)
