So so frustrated with Walmart Superstore in Santa Clarita. Last weekend, they forgot to give me bag with 3 items. Have to go next day to wait in line at customer service, show her my receipt, then she says to go get the three items off the shelf. Come back and wait in line again, she OKs that I took them, and tells me to put in my bag (I had to check out at separate checkstand for them) and ok to leave now. Today, one item in lunch meat section I purchased was rung up 3 times, for $3.98 x 3. Then a couple more items rung up. Then lunch meat item rung up once more and subtracted once. I was charged $11.94 for a $3.98 item. Call the store, get transferred to customer service, rings about 20 times, then get hung up on. Called again, same exact thing, rings multiple times, they pick up and hang up. Called again. Asked for manager, explained story, and will go back after work tomorrow to get my $8.00 back. I realize they have no boxboys to run and get items for you, and they are about 25% cheaper on pet stuff, cosmetics, and many food items. But cant they treat the customer a little better? Never get an apology from them!!
