So, sometimes I get emotional....I dont mean that in a bad way, I just feel things strongly. So thoughts for tonight/this morning. I love Jesus Christ. I dont mean that in some passing sense. I dont mean that like, Im into Jesus Christ or I think He is cool. I am not in love with the rock star cool, hippie Jesus. I am deeply passionately, madly, enthusiastically, head-over-heels, energetically and enthusiastically in love with the man who was despised by this world, hated, mocked, beaten within an inch of His life, pierced with nails, spat upon, skull pierced with thorns, beard ripped out, naked, jeered at, teary eyed, Son of God who went through all that for me. FOR ME. And FOR YOU. How could I do anything other than live my life trying (and constantly failing) to say thank you, and I love you. He is not convenient, He is not a genie or here to make my life easier. He challenges me every day, and constantly allows me to be tested. I do not merely placate Him pray to Him only when I need something. He is the center...the very CENTER of my life. My life revolves around Him. If you are reading this and not a follower of Christ, I beg you, please, please please, take the time to investigate the evidence for yourself and dont rely on what people like Karl Singer, Christopher Hitchens, Stephen Hawking, etc think. Look at the evidence for yourself and decide....Gods existence is not affected by our belief or lack of belief in Him. He either DOES or DOES NOT exist. take the time to find out which. Christian.....answer me this...take a good look...a GOOD look at Christ on the cross and then answer this question...when was the last time you told someone about what He did for you and how He changed your life?
