So sorry I haven’t been on Facebook to blab last week, a lot has happened over the past few weeks. I’m here now and just as keen to share! My very first EVER eating plan (started off calling it a diet, wasn’t a good choice of words on my behalf) consisted of rolled oats, wraps, eggs, turkey, chicken, salads, fruits and vegetables. I was completely strict about it, any mention of vegetables and they were steamed. No salad dressing. All protein was pan-fried with a tiny bit of spray. It was great not having to think what was for dinner or the next meal. I really needed that basic foundation in case I fell apart and demolished the local Coles bakery section. Since then I have seen food in a different way, it’s great to experiment with clean food. Kim Smithi has changed my menu a gazillion times over the past 9 months, they just keep getting better. Thankyou Nicole Darlington-Harpuri for showing the amazing recipes you have come up with and I would have been too scared to try for myself. Food still makes me happy of course but I appreciate it more. Instead of eating a packet of chips in the afternoon and not really caring for it, I’d rather a sweet treat every now and again that I can sit down and enjoy.
