So started the car on the trailer and it was making the same loud knocking sound as parc. then went away... reved it up alot and no sound... was able to drive it into the driveway. pulled the lower pan off and found a bit of brass colored flakes. pan was smashed up hard enough that there is a dent of the out line of the pick up tube. pulled the first 3 main/ rod berrings, the only 3 we can get to from the lower pan. and they look new. We havent got to the back 3 yet. thinking maybe the oil goes to the back ones first and may have lost oil pressure for a bit and then came back. Any input would help, ill see if i can get to the other 3 tomorrow.
