So thankful that on October 27, 1997 a guy that I had a HUGE crush on called me up as soon as I arrived back to Nashville to ask me on a date to my friends orchestra concert. Maybe it had something to do with the maple nut goodies that showed up mysteriously in his school mailbox! Everyone knows a way to a mans heart is through his stomach! After dating for 17 months my crush asked me to become his wife! We drove around the block of Welch College for what seemed like forever until Kenny Chesneys song I Want To Know How Forever Feels came on and he asked me to be his wife! We said our I dos 4 months after his proposal. We have not always gotten along and have had many ups and downs. Several times I didnt think we would make it and have even packed my bags a time or two. However, we both decided we wanted to know how forever feels and have put our minds together to keep on keeping on. I have hated him, I have hurt him, but have come full circle and can now say that I honestly have fallen head over heels in love with him and would fight for him! Im so thankful to God for allowing this man to be mine and for being the glue that has kept us together! Im proud of him, stand beside him, honor him and can tell you he is truly my best friend! Who would have thought we would have made it 15 years? Heres to a life of wanting to know How Forever Feels! Happy anniversary to my best friend, confidante, encourager, and #1 fan! I hope you know how much I love you! I truly do want to spend forever with you and want to know how it feels! I Love You Robert Younce! Happy Anniversary!
