So the cardio surgeon just came in..he said they wanted to do her surgery tomorrow..but with her being on the high frequency jet ventilator theyre going to wait until wednesday so the docs can get her off the jet and back on a convetional vent. BUT if she doesnt tolerate being taken off the jet..which i feel she will tolerate it okay..then theyre going to have to just take her off the jet to do the surgery and then shell be put back on it. I like that they want to get her back to just the conventional vent..but i kind of wish they would just do the surgery tomorrow..take her off the jet for the surgery and then put her back on..let her stabalize and THEN start to get her back on just a conventional vent. But this is what they feel is best and i trust them..shes in good hands down here.
