So the changes continue.....Youth supremo Tony Carr is being replaced by Terry Westley and Carr being offered an advisory coaching role. T.C. was considered bullet proof but has come under heavy scrutiny of late due to the total lack of talent coming through (James Tompkins being the last to break the first team). The official reason has yet to be confirmed and it is unknown whether after 40+ years at the club he wants to step back or he is just being replaced. Jimmy Hampson (who left the club some time ago) is credited with bringing much of the talent to the club with Carr coaching them up and in an attempt to improve recruitment Evertons super scout Tony Henry is expected to join the club after being placed on gardening leave. Huge respect for Tony but maybe this is the right time to change. Sorry probably only of interest to fellow Hammers!!!
